itTrainingUK delivered a roll out of training over an eighteen month period to North Surrey PCT.

This was delivered to a broad spectrum of the NHS staff, including care workers, medical and administrative staff.

Originally the brief was to upgrade the staff to XP from an earlier version of Microsoft Office.

Over a period of time other training needs were identified and the training grew to include Microsoft Publisher and PC awareness.

PC awareness training was vital to the NHS because many of their staff were either new or nervous about computers in general.

Groups of six to eight delegates were trained at all levels of Microsoft Office.
