Implementing and supporting Windows XP

Technical training

CDLR have been with itTrainingUK for a number of years since delivery of two standard microsoft word courses in our training rooms.

Eventually CDLR upgraded from Windows / Office 97 to XP and requested us to train all staff involved in the upgrade.

This was delivered onsite at CDLR's training rooms in Croydon.

Classes consisted of approximately eight delegates.

Training was reinforced by floorwalking the land registry, with the trainer assisting in any practical issues met by users.

Training involving the implementation and support of Windows XP to technical staff followed.

We continue to provide it training to cdlr although these days it is mainly at advanced level or in the form of specific technical training.
