We have delivered training to the borough of broxbourne council for over 3 years.

They had very specific needs consequently the training delivered had to be precisely targeted because due to the nature of the staffs jobs it was very difficult for delegates to be away from their desks for a full day.

Consequently we developed a modular training course based on half day sessions. working closely with the council we built very exact and precise criteria into each module enabling delegates to cover exactly what they needed to know to complete their work both effectively and efficiently.

The modules included all aspects of the microsoft office suite and were developed for users at all levels from introduction through to advanced.

All training was delivered onsite at broxbournes own training suite to groups of approximately six delegates.
