BFPO have been clients of itTrainingUK since may 2002 until present day. initially we delivered our standard microsoft office training to both civilian and military staff at introductory to advanced level. Initially our trainers went to the BFPO in Mill Hill and conducted the training needs analysis.

During our relationship with BFPO we developed a pc awareness course which was delivered to many staff with little or no computer literacy.

This was followed up with a drop-in workshop designed to introduce and explain the course and its content to interested delegates.

We developed the courseware including manuals and exercises by incorporating the BFPO's own system and house styles.

This course was successfully delivered onsite during the summer of 2003 alongside other microsoft office courses of varying levels.
