Based in Kent the avenues trust provides care and support services to people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism and mental health problems.

Training was delivered to a wide mixture of Avenues Trust staff ranging from basic introductory courses through to advanced. Training was given to a wide variety of staff ranging from careworkers to head office at every level. During the project itTrainingUK was able to pass new ideas to senior staff and so helped the trust to streamline and improve their information and communication workflows.

itTrainingUK began this project in the latter half of 2004.

Avenues Trust underwent an upgrade to microsoft office 2003 from microsoft office 2000 and needed to get both their admin and care staff up to speed as quickly as possible.

Training was delivered onsite.

itTrainingUK provided all equipment (hardware and software) course material and of course training.

Avenues Trust was an enjoyable project and so successful that itTrainingUK have already been booked to continue the training in the summer of 2005
